Global Estates Landlord Fees

Our standard charges for landlords are below so you can calculate your personal budget. Please contact us to discuss bespoke packages especially for property portfolios.

Tenant introduction only service

Fee: 7% + VAT (8.4% inc VAT)

  • Discuss your market rental valuation and options
  • Providing a suitable tenant
  • Drafting the Contracts
  • Organising the inventory with independent inventory company

 

Letting & Rent collection

Fee: 8% + VAT (9.6% Inc VAT)

  • Discuss your market rental valuation and options
  • Providing a suitable tenant
  • Drafting the Contracts
  • Transferring all the bills to tenants
  • Organising the inventory with independent inventory company (opening & closing inventory)
  • Collecting the rent from tenant on monthly basis and paying to landlord
  • Protecting the tenants security deposit with Deposit protection service (DPS)
  • Organising Gas Certificate, EPC, Electrical certificate certificates, Smoke alarms at the request of the landlord

 

Let & Management

Fee: 10% + VAT (12% Inc VAT)

  • As per services listed in Letting & Rent collection
  • Quarterly inspections
  • Property maintenance – Quotes will be provided to landlord before work begins (subject to landlord agreement)

 

Let & Management with rent warranty*

Fee: 12%+VAT (14.4% Inc VAT)

  • As per services listed in Let & Management
  • On a six month tenancy contract the landlord is covered for up to 4 months’ rent arrears, and up to 5
  • months arrears on a 12 month contract.
  • Including court costs to obtain vacant possession following non-payment of rent from tenant
